About project
The unique appearance of the building is given by the rainbow-colored roof cladding, complemented by a monumental black pillar structure that covers the main entrance and a 29-meter-high sloping needle and ball in front of it. Due to better insulation, many walls are sloping, so the rooms, especially on the semicircular upper floors, are designed obliquely and rounded. The biggest challenge posed to FEAL was to test and secure the Termo 85 H glass rock sound insulation certificate and the sound insulation requirement was 50 dB.
