"Management Assistant"

Conditions:

• Graduated from the Faculty of Economics or Law;
• active knowledge of English and / or German (German is also preferred)
• Independent work in the MS Office program package;
• Knowledge of the office business;
• Knowledge of the structure of financial reports and other business reports;
• Previous work experience in the same or similar jobs for at least three (3) years.

Description of jobs:

• Preparation of working materials for the Company's Management;
• Internal and external communication in front of the company's management;
• Review and preparation of reports;
• Performing administrative and office work and general coordination of the work of internal departments and administration;
• Organization and participation in business meetings;
• Organization and planning of official trips, management and calculation of travel orders;
• Administrative and correspondence tasks (telephone, e-mail, post).
