Days of architects 3.0
The largest professional gathering of architects "Days of Architects 3.0", this year was held in Split from 4 to 6 April, organized by the Croatian Chamber of Architects. The central topic of the conference was public space, and the program included the most current information in the field of legislation and business practice of architects.Architects' Days have become a central place where once a year important, professional topics for the work of architects in Croatia and the EU are presented. With the aim of connecting the profession and science, exchanging ideas and presenting new trends and innovations, the company FEAL once again provided support to the event in the form of a general sponsor. As part of the event in the exclusive space of the Lav La Meridien hotel, participants had the opportunity to get acquainted with the novelties from the Feal range. Among the presented aluminum systems was the GH 40 system, which is primarily used as sun protection and offers an economical and innovative solution for closing various spaces such as balconies and terraces.
The GH 40 system is durable, resistant to weather and other influences, easy to maintain and handle. It is characterized by modern profile lines, simplicity, various typologies of construction and fully follows the latest trends in architecture.
Feal's Inowa system has also been a great success lately. Thanks to the application of high-tech materials and as a result of many years of cooperation between Feal and ROTO, the Inowa system was created. Unlike other sliding and lifting-sliding systems, Inowa has a displacement (unfolding) of the sash in relation to the frame +/- 8mm, with an internal and external seal in the sash which provides superior characteristics in terms of air permeability, water tightness and resistance to wind load.
The system combines practicality and an attractive design for sliding doors and windows made of aluminum, with a wing weight of up to 200 kg. Investors and architects, in addition to the high quality of building elements, are increasingly expecting attractive design. Therefore, Feal's Inowa system is the result of such wishes and requirements of customers, ie the profession. Using this sliding system has multiple advantages, and some of them are greater penetration of natural light, quality, energy savings, easy handling and safety of the space.
The participation of Feal, as the main sponsor, this year was especially interesting considering the professional lecture "How did it become mine in public?", By renowned architect Amir Vuk Zec.
In addition to the above, the conference hosted numerous Croatian and foreign experts who spoke about the theory and practice of planning public spaces, or public spaces in Croatian cities and thus affirmed the idea of public space and showed its complexity and layering, but also the way it shapes society around yourself.
