Press release regarding the fire in the production plant

Regarding media inquiries and numerous calls since the morning, we are issuing a press release in order to inform the public and other stakeholders.

A fire broke out at the FEAL production facility at around 11 pm on Thursday at the 35 MN press plant. According to the first information, the fire was caused by the rupture of the hydraulic cylinder.

The fire services were immediately informed about the fire service, but until their arrival, the fire was extinguished with the quick intervention of our employees. Representatives of the relevant services came to the scene and saw the extent of the fire on the spot.
Immediately after the event, the production process was stopped and work began to eliminate the shortcomings.

No one was injured or significant material damage was caused in the fire, but given that it was a serious incident, the company's image was damaged and the expected reaction from the public.

We would like to thank everyone who provided words of support to our company with their invitations and emails. Employees of maintenance and plant are actively working to eliminate and repair the damage, and we once again thank and congratulate the courage and sacrifice of employees who successfully extinguished the fire with their quick reactions and reduced the damage to a minimum.
