The first Dalmatian hotel specializing in health and wellness tourism, is the work of the architectural studio Atelier Šverko - Šverko d.o.o., and the contractor for FEAL's systems is Vetma d.o.o. Split. During construction, FEAL systems were used: Termo 85 SK, Facade 50 FK and 50 FS, Termo 85 VS.
